ORDER LIMITS

Because our Mealkits are spaced out, and we only prep one Mealkit for delivery or pickup at a time, we limit you to just ONE MEALKIT per order to avoid any confusion. If you would like two of the same mealkits, please place separate orders!

IMPORTANT: Per the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board, any spirit or cocktail orders MUST contain a mealkit for delivery or to-go, and ID must be shown upon transfer of product.

DELIVERY & PICKUP DAYS

WEEKLY MEALKITS: Delivery and pickup days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Pickup window is any time between noon and 8pm. Delivery window is anytime between 3pm and 6pm. ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 2PM ON THE DELIVERY/PICKUP DAY FOR SAME DAY FULFILLMENT! Orders placed after 2pm will not be available for delivery/pickup until the next available delivery window.

WEEKEND BRUNCH MEALKITS: Delivery window is Friday between 3pm and 6pm, so you can choose which weekend day you'd like to eat it. Or you man choose Blue Curb Pickup, and your Brunch Mealkit will be available to pick up on the corresponding Friday, Saturday or Sunday during 3Mag Pubhouse regular business hours (currently noon-8pm). ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 2PM ON THE DELIVERY/PICKUP DAY FOR SAME DAY FULFILLMENT!

GROCERY ONLY ORDERS: Any beer, cider, wine, spirit, dessert, local provisions or grocery orders that accompany a Family Mealkit will be delivered or available for Blue Curb Pickup on the corresponding Mealkit day. Any orders placed without a Mealkit will be delivered on the next available delivery day (Mon, Wed or Fri between 3pm and 6pm), or will be available for Blue Curb Pickup at 3Mag Pubhouse the next business day during regular business hours.

SPECIAL ONE-OFF MEALKITS: For any one-off mealkits, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Valentine's Day, etc, may be subject to special, one-off delivery or pick-up policies. Any such change in policies will be posted on the product page. All one-off delivery and pick-up instructions on product pages WILL ALWAYS supersede our generic delivery and pick-up generic policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND RESTOCKING FEE

Because the nature of our business, we order supplies for your Mealkit a week in advance, and begin prep up to two days before your corresponding Mealkit day. As such, for a full refund, we require at least three days, or 72 hours notice of any cancellations so that we have ample opportunity to make your Mealkit available on our store for others to order. For example, a Meatless Monday Mealkit, which is available to pickup on Monday at noon, will need to be cancelled by the previous Friday by noon, a Wholesome Humpday Mealkit must be cancelled by Sunday at noon, and a Friday Funday Mealkit must be cancelled by Tuesday at noon.

Any cancellation requests within 72 hours may be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover any extra labor and food cost, so we can refund 75% of your purchase price.

DELIVERY RANGE

Delivery is only available within a 7.5 mile radius (as the crow flies) of Three Magnets Brewing Co., 600 Franklin St SE, STE 105, Olympia, WA 98501. If you are outside of this radius, then Local Delivery will not be an option upon checkout. As we increase business, we will increase this range.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery is only available on orders of $39.95 or more, for a fee of $5. Delivery fee is automatically waived for orders over $80.

DELIVERY METHOD

Your order will be moved directly from our walk-in to our refrigerated delivery van, where it will remain at fridge temperature until delivered. For orders without alcohol, we will leave order on your doorstep in paper bags, ring the bell, and then leave. We will then mark your order as "delivered", and you will receive a notification.

DELIVERY RECOMMENDATIONS

If you do not anticipate being home during the delivery window, we highly suggest you leave a closeable container of some sort to keep animals out. If you anticipate that your order may be on your doorstep for an extended amount of time, we recommend leaving a cooler with ice packs. Garden Movement is not responsible for any foodborne illness as a result of Mealkits left on a doorstep at improper temperatures.

ALCOHOL DELIVERY

Per Washington State law, we MUST check photo ID to deliver any alcohol products. If nobody is available to receive alcohol, the rest of your order will be left on your doorstep, and we will need to return the alcohol to Garden Movement. You can then make arrangements to pick up your alcohol, or we can refund the cost of the alcohol minus a 25% restocking fee.

COVID-19 SAFE PROMISE

These mealkits are all prepped in Three Magnets Pubhouse's commercial kitchen. Every employee has a temperature check and fills out a quick health questionaire before clocking in for each shift. All employees wear masks, and wash hands/change gloves/sanitize surfaces regularly. Garden Movement delivery persons wear masks and sanitizes hands before delivering to your door, and will keep at least six feet distance during all deliveries except for a brief moment if they need to check photo ID for an alcohol delivery.
