American Light Lager - 4.5%
Notes from the brewer: Woohoo! We made it to our third installment of lager exploration. It's less fun to copy something verbatim but to do a re-interpretation. Water profile and malt selection suggest northern German lager. Think that biting Jever flair. We lagered this a really long time. Four months of patience and watching the world go to shit. We wanted to package it everyday it sat during maturation. It's really rocking flavor profile now so let's get it out there. We don't have that classic six months of patience they would in the Czechia. This lager is an exploration of teaming up my favorite classic lager hop Saaz with a new German varietal that pushes unique purple grape and gooseberry. Perfect addition for the summer rendition of this series. Share amongst friends at a safe distance!
