You wait. You wait. You wait for summer. Then you wait for rain. Transitioning seasons, this new rotational IPA features use of a German ale strain that was fermented cold similar to a lager, and allowed to condition for weeks after dry hopping before packaging. If hazy IPA is normally some sort of 16 day brew day to canning nonsense this is exactly 60. It’s not an IPL so be patient with us. This might be the new brewers hop combo that blends dank with juicy. Featuring Blanc, Loral and Azacca. Seasons change and this beer is worth the wait. We plan and exploration of fermentation seasonally but a steady commitment to this malt and hop bill for future batches. This iteration is has very pleasant notes of orange, mango and grape with a pinch of earthy spice.
