Northwest grown apples, fermented, matured, blended and steeped on freshly picked Yakima El Dorado hops provided by our friends at Matchless Brewing. We've found that the El Dorado hops' heady tropical hop aromas and cider's sharp and off-dry citrusy character meld perfectly. Hoppy flavors of grapefruit, pineapple and stonefruit. Finishes sharp and dry followed up by more refreshing hoppiness. Bok bok!
