Brunch Weekend of March 19, 2021
Bourbon brioche French toast casserole with raspberry compote. Served with applewood smoked center cut bacon and baked parmesan hashbrown potatoes
- Preheat oven to 350, sprinkle brown sugar crumble on top of casserole, place uncovered into oven for 25 minutes, then place uncovered pan of potatoes into oven. Continue cooking both for 25-30 minutes or until well caramelized and heated through to 165 degrees.
- Bacon can be heated over medium on the stovetop, it can be wrapped in papertowels and microwaved for 30-60 seconds or it can be placed on a sheet pan and heated in the oven for 5+ minutes until desired degree of doneness.
- All components can be divided up onto dinner plates.
- Drizzle as much compote over casserole as desired.
