Crispy fried pork cutlets in a rich brown mushroom gravy with garlic smashed potatoes & German style green beans with bacon.
- 1 bag pork cutlets
- 1 container gravy
- 1 pan smashed potatoes
- 1 bag green beans
- Preheat oven to 400. Add covered pan of potatoes. At the same time, place pork on a sheet pan put both in the oven as well cooking all for 20-25 minutes, or until they are heated through, 165 degrees. Beans can be sauteéd in a fry pan on the stovetop over medium high heat until desired doneness.
- Heat gravy in a sauce pan over medium low heat stirring often until 165. It is concentrated, add 2-6 ounces of water to your taste.
- Cut lemon into wedges.
- Divide cutlets, potatoes and green bean on dinner plates and ladle gravy over the top of the schnitzel and/or potatoes. Garnish schnitzel with lemon if desired.
