Certified Angus thin sliced sirloin, provolone, caramelized onions, peppers and cremini mushrooms stuffed in green bell peppers served with seasoned steak fries with fry sauce and a hearty Italian chop salad.
- 1 pan peppers
- 1 bag fries
- 1 container fry sauce
- 1 container salad
- 1 container dressing
- Preheat oven to 400. Once up to temperature, uncover pan of peppers and place fries in a single layer of an oiled sheet pan, flip fries after 15 minutes then continue baking 15-20 more minutes or until fries are crisp and peppers are 165 degrees.
- Toss salad with as much dressing as desired.
- Divide peppers, fries and sauce among dinner plates.
- Serve extra salad on the side in a small plate or bowl.
