Classic pot pie, with chicken, select veggies & a rich chicken gravy. Served with sides of mashed potatoes & a field green salad.
- 1 pan pot pie
- 1 pan potatoes
- 1 container salad
- 4 oz dressing
- Preheat oven to 375. Place foil covered pan of pot pie in oven, bake for 20 minutes. Add covered pan of potatoes to oven and bake both pans for 15 more minutes. Stir potatoes and recover and at the same time uncover pot pie then continue to bake both pans for 20-25 minutes more or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Alternatively potatoes can be transferred to a microwave safe dish and heated for approxiamately 5 minutes, stirring every 60-90 seconds.
- Toss salad with as much dressing as desired.
- Serve pot pie and potatoes on a dinner plate or in a shallow pasta bowl.
- Serve salad on separate plates or bowls.
