Christmas dinner for 8, ready to heat Family Mealkit:

  • One pan ham (8oz per person)
  • One container glaze
  • One pan turkey and pilaf (8oz turkey per person)
  • One container gravy
  • One pan root vegetable mash
  • One pan Brussels sprouts 
  • One container salad 
  • One container vinaigrette
  • One bag bread
  • One contaimer butter
  • One box pie

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375. Once up to temperature, put covered pan of mashed root vegetables. Bake for 10. Add covered pans of turkey with pilaf, covered pan ham and uncovered pan of brussels. Continue baking all four pans for 45-60 minutes or until all are an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Alternatively for crispier Brussels they can be sauteed over medium heat with some oil or they can transferred to a lightly oiled sheet pan in a single layer laid flat side down (this would decrease their total cooking time by approximately 10+ minutes). If you desire to crisp up any components, just place under a broiler for a minute or two, watching carefully, until desired level of caramelization is reached.
  • Heat bread wrapped in a towel in the microwave for a minute or two until just warm or in the oven in foil for last 15 or so minutes of cooking time to warm through, then slice.
  • Gravy is lightly concentrated, add 1-2 cups of water, or to taste, to gravy for desired consistency. It can be heated in a microwave safe dish stirring every 45 seconds or heated over medium heat on the stovetop stirring often until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. 
  • Warm glaze on the stovetop on low heat or in the microwave stirring every 45 seconds until desired temperature.
  • Slice or dice apple.
  • Toss or drizzle as much dressing as desired with salad and apples.

Plating:

  • You can serve this meal family style or divide up amongst dinner plates.
  • Pour as much gravy over turkey and mash as desired.
  • Pour as much glaze over ham as desired.
  • Pie is ready to eat, just cut and serve.
