Description:
Main: Keftedes - Greek chicken & beef meatballs with a lemon garlic sauce.
Side #1: Roasted marinated vegetables
Side #2: Spanakorizo spinach rice.
Includes: Marinated feta, garlic hummus, tzatziki and pita bread.

- One meatballs and rice
- One pan veggies
- One container sauce
- One container hummus
- One container tzatziki
- One container marinated feta
- 4 pita bread
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375. Once up to temperature, put covered pan into oven. Bake for 25 minutes, check temperature and continue cooking checking every 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
- Heat veggies in oven covered at the same time as meatballs or saute on stove top until 165 degrees
- Heat sauce on the stovetop until 165 degrees
- Wrap pita in a towel and microwave until just warm or cover in foil and heat for the last 5 minute of oven cooking time.
Plating:
- Split meatballs and rice onto four plates and cover with sauce
- Place veggies and pita on dinner plate next to main
- Serve tzatziki, feta and hummus family style for munching and garnishing
