A warm, rustic stew made with Italian white beans, kale & orzo pasta. Served with a fresh green salad and a loaf of crusty bread.
- 1 pan ragout
- 1 wrapped loaf of bread
- 1 container salad
- 4 oz. dressing
- Preheat oven to 400 add one quart of water to pan and recover place pan in oven, stir after 20 minutes and continue baking 15-30 minutes or to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. You can use boiling water to greatly decrease cooking time!
- Bread can can warmed in oven for the last 10-15 minutes of cooking tome in foil or remove the foil and wrap with a towel and microwave for a minute or two until warmed through.
- Toss salad with dressing.
